- Booking and Cancellation
If you wish to cancel 21 days before the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the advance value in the original payment mode. Cancellations that are made between 14-21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 75% refund of the total advance paid. Cancellations that are made between 7-14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total advance paid. For any cancellations requested within 7 days of the check-in date, the booking will be non-refundable. - Payment terms
Only after receiving the advance , booking will be confirmed.
We strictly follow the policy of first come first serve, one who pays the advance first will get the booking.
We will not entertain if you miss the booking solely on the basis of your enquiry.
Remaining balance payment has to be done immediately on arrival of the property. - Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time would be 2pm Check-out time would be 11am.Early check-in and late check-out won’t be allowed.
For any queries you can ask the management. Management holds the right to evacuate property if check-out is not done in the time prescribed above or it will be charged extra. - Security deposit / Rental damage protection
An amount of 2000INR has to be done on the arrival as security deposit.
And the same would be refunded back upon the proper inspection of the property after check-out. - Termination
Management holds the right of cancellation of booking incase of emergency from the management side.
In such case advance will be refunded. Inappropriate behavior and breach of house rules will lead to cancellation.
In such situation advance will not be refunded. - Occupancy
Head count exceeds for which the booking is done will be charged accordingly. Visitors are not allowed. - Others
Management is not responsible for any items lost .Usage of music system is not allowed after 10pm.
Pool usage is not allowed at the time of check-out in morning. Incase of power cut Genset backup is available.
Kitchen usage we don’t allow.
